  • Black cardamom: 1

  • Star anise: 2
  • Black peppercorns: 10
  • Shah Jeera: 1/2 tsp
  • Oil: 20ml

  • Ginger-garlic chili paste: 1tbsp
  • Boiled Masoor Dal
  • Cashew paste
  • Water: 400ml
  • Coconut milk: 400 ml
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper: 1tsp
  • Garam masala: 1/2 tsp

  1. Boiling Masoor Dal:
    • Rinse the masoor dal thoroughly and boil it in 500 ml of water with a pinch of salt until soft and cooked.
